At Superx MailerĀ®, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital mailer software and subscription licensing services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedures for subscription cancellations and refund requests.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription service at any time prior to your next renewal cycle through the Customer Portal or by contacting customer support.
- Upon cancellation, your active license key will remain operational until the end of your current paid subscription duration.
- No further automated recurring charges will be processed after cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:
- Technical Activation Failure: If verified technical issues on our platform prevent you from activating or utilizing your license key, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 business hours of reporting.
- Duplicate Transactions: If you were inadvertently charged multiple times for a single software transaction or license key order.
- Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase or renewal transaction date.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after active email campaign dispatch and system utilization.
- Account suspension or license revocation resulting from a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Anti-Spam compliance policies.
- Failure to utilize the software during the active subscription validity period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your transaction details:

- Required Information: License Key, Gateway Payment ID (Razorpay), Registered Account Email, and Reason for Refund Request.
6. Processing & Settlement
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back automatically to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during checkout.
