Superx Mailer® operates under a zero-knowledge architectural design. We collect only the minimum information required to provide our software services.

• Account Information: Name, email address and billing details.
• Technical Credentials: SMTP credentials.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser and device information.
• Cookies: Essential and functional cookies.

End-to-End Encryption: Email subjects and content are encrypted on your device using AES-GCM-256. We never possess the decryption keys.

2. How We Use Information

• Outbound email delivery.
• Campaign analytics.
• Secure SMTP connections.
• Account registration, license activation and support.

3. Payment Information

• Payments are processed by Razorpay or other trusted gateways.
• We never store card details, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
• We receive only Payment ID, Status, Amount, Date and Email for licensing and support.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• Shared only with required hosting/payment providers.
• Disclosed when legally required.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary. You may request deletion by contacting support.

6. Third-Party Services

SMTP providers such as Google Workspace and Outlook are governed by their own privacy policies.
