Superx Mailer® utilizes minimal, highly-secured cookies and browser local storage configurations to guarantee user session continuity and protect configuration states.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential Session Cookies: Used to preserve your Two-Step Verification (2FA) authenticated state (session tokens) for security.
- Functional Local Storage: Used to cache configuration variables, outbox logs, and SMTP configuration parameters locally, allowing you to reload the dashboard without loss of state.
3. Third-Party Tracking Pixel
When sending mailer campaigns, Superx Mailer® embeds an open tracking pixel (a transparent 1x1 image pixel). This is not a cookie and is used solely to record when recipients open the mailer email, compiling reports in your outbox telemetry tab.
4. Managing Preferences
You can adjust, clear, or block cookies through your browser preferences. Note that clearing local storage will erase cached SMTP settings and local outbox records.
